Rubi TC-125 Kit Electric Rail Cutter

The Rubi TC-125 electric circular tile cutter is part of the Rubi Slab System range for work with large-format tile and includes everything needed to cut it.

The kit consists of:

– the TC-125 electric circular cutter;

– 3 Slim Cutter guide rails, 110 cm each. The Slim System rails are what make the cut accurate;

– a carriage on stainless steel radial bearings;

– a double dust extraction system. Dry and wet cutting are both possible;

– the cutting head adjusts for height and for tilt angle from 0° to 45° – quickly and easily;

– an extra rubber handle to hold on to when cutting a chamfer.

The system is made for cutting any kind of ceramic tile, natural and engineered stone. Recommended for large format. The system can also be connected to a vacuum cleaner (Ø32 mm). An adapter for other makes of vacuum (Ø37, 42 and 50 mm) is included. A standard garden hose Ø16 mm can be quick-connected. A rubber cap closes off the air duct and is used for wet cutting.

Switch with a lock-out. Prevents accidental starting.

Rubberised power cable. Ø125 or Ø115 blades can be used, including ones with reinforced flanges.

Residual current protection .

The quick open-close system makes blade changes easier and keeps water and material spray to a minimum. The pivoting side guard for chamfering cuts down water spray and improves dust pick-up.

A TCR-125 SUPERPRO diamond blade for dry cutting is included.
