Shijing 9510 Automatic Rail Cutter

The SHIJING 9510 is a unique electric cutter for cutting large-format tile! The cutter can cut tile in a straight line, take off a bullnose chamfer, take off a micro-chamfer, cut a groove for stair treads, and cut a chamfer (45 degree angle).
It is the only electric cutter I know of with automatic carriage feed for cutting tile, porcelain stoneware, granite and marble.
Advantages of the Shijing 9510:
1) The cutter can work either with automatic carriage feed or by hand;
2) The high 2.2 kW motor power makes light work of the most difficult, thickest tile, marble and granite included;
3) The belt drive damps out the vibration of the powerful motor and gives a big cutting depth – 33 mm with a 130 mm blade;
4) The cutting length is up to 3200 mm;
5) 10 suction cups and 2 clamps hold it firmly to the surface of the tile;
6) With automatic carriage feed you can pick the carriage speed to suit the job;
7) Extremely strong rails keep the geometry perfect;
8) The high blade speed, 12000 rpm, gives a perfect cut;
9) Water can be fed into the cutting zone and there is a channel to collect it;
10) The structure is built of materials that do not corrode.
Drawbacks of the Shijing 9510:
1) There is no dust port, so you cannot work with a vacuum cleaner;
2) The plug does not fit our sockets, and adapters do not last;
3) The water collection system – tarpaulin and sticks – leaves you doubting how well it works;
4) Brittle plastic on the rail case.
