Cookie Policy
About this document
This Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies the plutkoriz.com website uses, for what purpose, how long they are stored, who the data is shared with, and how you can control it.
The site and the personal data are controlled by Individual Entrepreneur Sovailo Anatolii Vasylovych; contact details are at the end of this document.
This Policy forms part of our Privacy Policy and applies together with it.
Legal basis
Ukraine has no dedicated statute governing cookies specifically. We follow the general rules:
- Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010 — to the extent that cookie data allows a person to be identified;
- Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015;
- Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Communications” No. 1089-IX of 16 December 2020;
- General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) — in respect of visitors from the European Union who use the English version of this site.
Please note: we sell and ship only within Ukraine. The English version of the site exists so that English-speaking visitors in Ukraine and anyone researching our products can read our pages; it is not an offer to buyers outside Ukraine.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser when you visit. On later visits the browser returns that file to the site, and the site recognises your device: it remembers what is in your basket, which language you read in, and whether you are signed in.
A cookie is not a program. It does not execute code, has no access to files on your device, and cannot pass anything to the site other than what the site itself wrote into it.
Alongside cookies we use similar technologies: browser local storage (localStorage, sessionStorage). These work on the same principle and are covered by the same term in this Policy.
Why we use cookies
- to make the basket and checkout work — without cookies an item will not stay in the basket as you move between pages;
- to remember your chosen interface language (Ukrainian or English);
- to protect the site against automated attacks and spam;
- to understand how many people visit, which pages they read and where they run into difficulty — and to improve the catalogue and navigation accordingly.
Which cookies we use
1. Strictly necessary cookies
The site does not work without them. They collect no advertising data and are not shared with ad networks. They cannot be switched off individually — you can only block all cookies in your browser, in which case you will not be able to place an order.

2. Analytics cookies
These provide anonymised visit statistics: how many people are on the site, which pages they come from, which catalogue sections they read, at which step they abandon checkout. We do not see who you personally are — only aggregate figures.
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Retention |

_ga_QW6VLPTMLB |

Google processes this data as an independent controller. Google’s policy: policies.google.com/privacy. You can disable Google Analytics collection across all browsers with Google’s official add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
3. Third-party cookies from embedded content
Some pages embed YouTube videos — tile cutter reviews and demonstrations of the tools in use. Until you press play, YouTube receives nothing from you. Once you start the video, Google sets its own cookies, including advertising cookies, and that processing is governed by Google’s rules rather than ours.
| Source | What it sets | Retention |

session to 2 years |
Links to our pages on Facebook, Viber, Telegram and YouTube are ordinary hyperlinks. They load no third-party scripts and set no cookies until you click them and land on the corresponding site.
4. What the site does not have
To leave no room for doubt: as of 9 August 2026 the site does not use Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Hotjar, session recording tools, cookie syncing with ad exchanges, or any behavioural profiling for advertising.
If that changes, we will update this Policy before launching the tool in question, not after.
How to control cookies
In your browser
Every browser lets you view, delete or block cookies, either entirely or for a specific site:
- Google Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies / Cookies and other site data
- Mozilla Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari — Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Microsoft Edge — Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Most browsers also offer a private browsing mode in which all cookies are deleted when you close the window.
Note: if you block all cookies you will still be able to browse the catalogue, but you will not be able to add items to the basket or place an order — this is technically impossible without the strictly necessary cookies.
Opting out of analytics
You can disable Google Analytics collection separately, without blocking other cookies, using Google’s official add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Sharing with third parties
Analytics cookie data is processed on Google’s servers, including outside Ukraine. Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC operate under their own data processing terms and are certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Cloudflare, Inc. processes technical request data (IP address, browser type) to protect the site against attacks and speed up loading.
We do not sell cookie data, do not pass it to data brokers, and do not use it to build profiles of individuals.
Changes to this Policy
We update this Policy whenever the set of tools on the site changes. The current version is always at this address, with the date of the last update at the bottom of the page. By continuing to use the site after an update, you accept the version then in force.
