Wandeli QX ZD-1200 Electric Tile Cutter

This is one of the few tile cutters that can move the carriage along the rail by itself. The carriage can travel at different speeds. Automatic feed keeps chipping to a minimum on difficult porcelain. The carriage can travel both for a straight cut and for a cut at 45.

The Wandeli QX ZD-1200 has a very simple, proven design: an angle grinder is hung on the carriage. The carriage runs on metal rollers along metal tubes that are fixed to an aluminium rail. The motor with the blade can be raised above the table surface and locked there.

The Wandeli QX ZD-1200 is built out of aluminium parts wherever possible. A water pump feeds water into the cutting zone to cool the blade. You can of course work with special blades and no water supply at all. Naturally the strength of the machine is not meant for industrial use – it is made for individual use. The cutter has a laser pointer, which speeds the work up. The Wandeli QX ZD-1200 comes with double-sided side stops for cutting wide tile, and stops for angle and repeat cutting, diagonal cutting included.
