Wandeli QXZ ZD-1200 Electric Tile Cutter

The Wandeli QXZ ZD-1200 tile cutter performs the following operations:
– straight tile cutting at variable speeds;
– chamfering (45-degree angle cutting) at variable speeds;
– micro-chamfering simultaneously with or after a straight cut (requires a cutter, sold separately);
– convex chamfering (requires a cutter, sold separately).
The carriage moves along metal tubes mounted in a sturdy aluminum guide. A brushed motor, similar to that found in an angle grinder or parquet flooring machine, is rigidly mounted on the carriage. The motor and disc can be raised 15 mm above the table. A gearbox offsets the motor axis downwards, enabling straight cutting with a 125 mm disc up to 30 mm thick. The cutting speed is adjusted depending on the material thickness and the expected cut quality. Additionally, at the end of the cut, the speed is reduced by approximately half to minimize chipping of the tile. A laser pointer will speed up your work.
The heavy-duty Wandeli QXZ ZD-1200 tile cutter is very similar to the standard Wandeli QX ZD 1200, but there are some differences:
1) The tile cutter table width is 50 cm, compared to 35 cm for the standard model;
2) The aluminum table thickness is 2.5 mm, compared to 1.6 mm for the standard model;
3) The guide has a built-in light along the entire cutting length;
4) Reinforced motor mount;
5) The cutting length, with the blade fully lowered, is 1300 mm, compared to 1230 mm for the standard tile cutter;
6) The motor lift height with a 116 mm blade above the table is 15 mm, compared to 13 mm for a traditional automatic tile cutter;
7) The legs are made of larger tubes and have a thicker aluminum frame;
8) weight is 60 kg, compared to 45 kg for a standard tile cutter;
9) a more powerful cooling fan is built into the automation system;
10) larger-diameter wheels.
