Bihui Rail Cutter without Rails for Large Format

BIHUI rail cutter (carriage) for large format slabs up to 3240 mm long.

If your porcelain stoneware is thicker than 10 mm, if it is faulty and will not snap properly, if you have the only slab there is or a very expensive one and you do not want to take the risk, there is a special BIHUI Electric system for large format slabs for exactly that. This system was developed specifically for cutting oversized slabs up to 3240 mm long and up to 25 mm thick, and also for chamfering (mitring the edges) of tile at 45 °.

Advantages of the BIHUI electric system:

• Depth of cut at 90 ° – 18 mm, at 45 ° – 13 mm;
• The combination of a powerful 1500 W motor, high speed of 13000 rpm and a 125 mm blade gives a clean, straight cut;
• The cutter is made for dry cutting, with the option of hooking up a vacuum for dust extraction. The vacuum port is Ø32 mm. An adapter for vacuums of other makes is included (Ø37, 42 and 50 mm).
