BIHUI 1200 electric tile cutter with automatic feed (TCSA1200)

The BIHUI tile cutter works with blades from 115 to 130 mm (20 mm bore), which greatly improves stability and accuracy and brings blade vibration down to zero.

The cutter has three working modes:

1. AUTO – automatic cutting, and after the cut the cutting head returns automatically to the starting point
2. SEMI-AUTOMATIC – automatic cutting and shut-off once the cut is finished
3. MANUAL – cutting by hand as on an ordinary electric tile cutter

Construction of the cutter:

The table top is made of aluminium and has grooves like those in T-slot profiles, which lets you fit any improvements you like, for example clamps that hold the tile while you cut, or stops that make repeat cutting easier. The working area of the table top is lined with rubber pads that steady the slab and keep it from shifting by accident. The frame is made of aluminium, so you do not have to worry about corrosion. The cutter weighs 55 kg, which makes it stable and cuts to a minimum the risk of accidentally tipping the machine over.

On top of that, it has been fitted with wheels on both sides of the machine to make it easier to move. It comes with two sets of extra side supports, which add stability and let you handle large format tile. The first set of supports is 40 cm long (fitted to the front of the cutter), the second set is 80 cm long (fitted to the rear of the cutter) and has grooves for fitting a stop bar. The cutter has a 3000 W motor, thanks to which the machine does not tire even when working very hard tile or stone. The brushed motor has a soft start.

The cutter has no built-in water tank; the coolant is fed to the blade from a separate container, a bucket for example, by a pump fixed to the underside of the table top. The pump is not submersible, so it does not float in dirty water; the water is drawn in through a hose fitted with a filter system that keeps the pump from being damaged. Blade cooling is handled by two water nozzles, which can easily be disconnected from the hose and used to clean the machine after work without needing another water source. The machine is simple and intuitive to operate, and all the work is done from a panel with a display where we can change the working modes and control the water feed, the laser and the cutting speed, which has 10 speed levels in automatic mode.
