Bihui Slim Trans Slab Carrier, Eight Pump Cups

The BIHUI system for carrying tile up to 3200 mm x 1600 mm on 8 vacuum pump suction cups with a metal cylinder – handle. The BIHUI SLIM TRANS carrying system was designed specifically for lifting, moving and laying large format tile with a maximum length of 320 cm, a width of up to 160 cm and a weight of up to 130 kg. The BIHUI SLIM TRANS is built from 2 reinforced horizontal telescopic profiles of extruded aluminium that slide apart to different lengths depending on the tile. The profiles adjust from 165 to 320 cm. The carrier also comes with two cross bars, which add strength and stability, especially when handling flexible tile. For slabs of small width you can use only one profile. The system has 4 handles (2 per profile). The position of the handles can be changed anywhere along the profile, adapting the BIHUI SLIM TRANS to the format and shape of large format porcelain slabs. The BIHUI SLIM TRANS carries 8 vacuum suction cups 203 mm in diameter with a hand pump. The cups leave no marks on the tile. The position of the cups is adjustable, which lets the user set them so the tile is carried as safely and comfortably as possible. If need be, the pump cups come off and can be used on their own for carrying and laying tile by hand.
The frame rails are made of extruded aluminium. The fixings are made of steel. Ergonomic handles with support-style end caps. They have a quick lock and release system and slide along the rails. The vacuum pump cups use a special high wear resistance polyurethane compound with adhesion channels on the face of the cup.
Maximum slab length 3.2 m.
Minimum slab width 250 mm.
For slabs under 100 cm the system splits into its two profiles and only one is used.
