KRISTAL TOPAZ 3M system for manual cutting of large format tile

The KRISTAL TOPAZ 3M system is made for cutting large format tile up to 3200 mm long and 3 to 10 mm thick.

The KRISTAL TOPAZ 3M cutter consists of:

• two guide rails 1600 mm long each;
• a carriage with a plunge scoring wheel;
• a tile breaker;
• 4 suction cups;
• a carry bag.

The carriage locks securely into the groove and rolls at the sides on 3 bearings, one of them on an eccentric for adjustment. Underneath, the carriage slides on a special low-friction plastic pad that is pressed against the rail. The carriage is a pendulum, spring-loaded type. The scoring wheel is 22 mm in diameter and sits on a bearing

The rail is strong and dependable. The two sections are joined to each other with two heavy hex bolts.

The suction cups are also locked in place with small hex bolts that slot into the rail.

The Kristal breaker in the kit is simple and handy, and copied outright from the Sigma 41D.
