Bihui Manual Rail Cutting System, 3320 mm

The Bihui system for cutting large format tile – completely new to Ukraine, and already in wild demand. This Chinese maker has its own original take on cutting oversized tile. An unexpected solution: rails of different lengths let you match the rail to the actual tile size. The original spring arrangement, which puts extra force on the scoring wheel, cancels out the mistakes you make when constant pressure breaks off. The good packaging makes it clear this is a top-shelf tool for small money. The electric cutter, which you can buy on top, will cut what the manual cutter leaves unfinished. The rails are universal, they fit both the manual and the electric cutter. Two different breakers let you snap tile of different thickness, or work with both at once on awkward tile. A spare scoring wheel is in the box, so you do not have to stop and hunt for a new one. Good clamps will hold the tile securely.

The BIHUI cutting system comes with:

3 aluminium guides, 3.6 m long (1.4 m+1.4 m+0.8 m);
1 cutting head (carriage) with a tungsten carbide scoring wheel, assembled;
1 spare scoring wheel ∅ 8 mm;
3 aluminium suction cups for holding the guides on the tile;
2 clamps for holding the guides at the tile edges ;
1 pair of nippers;
1 breaker for tile up to 10 mm;
a plastic case and a bag for storing and carrying the tools.
