The complete BIHUI INFINITY XXL2 tile cutter kit for large format tile is made up of the LFEC5 electric cutter (carriage), the LFMC5 manual cutter (carriage) and the LFRS5 guide rails.

The manual carriage is a plunge type. It has a lever about 6 cm long to put pressure on the tile as you score. The carriage carries a 22 x 6 x 6 scoring wheel on a bearing. The carriage runs on special grooved bearings along metal rods. The carriage goes on from the end and cannot be taken off in the middle. The carriage has eccentrics for adjusting the play out. The carriage has one more handle to stop the rail lifting off the surface.

The electric carriage is 1500 W. Motor speed 13000 rpm. The carriage plunges and locks at different depths. Depth of cut on the straight is 16 mm. The carriage can cut a chamfer from 0 to 50 degrees, with a lock. Chamfer depth 11 mm. It takes 125 mm blades with a 20 mm bore. Dust can be pulled out of the cut with a vacuum. Water can be fed into the cut as a spray. The angle of attack is easy to adjust. The carriage runs on special grooved bearings along metal rods. The carriage goes on from the end and cannot be taken off in the middle.

The rail is made up of three parts, 140 + 140 + 80 cm. Two rods are pressed into the rail along its full length, and the concave bearings of the carriages run on them. Four good suction cups mount on the rail to hold it to the face of the tile, plus two clamps for fixing at the ends.
