The SHIJING 3025-0800 tile cutter is designed for precise straight and diagonal cutting of any type of ceramic tile, including porcelain stoneware. The tile cutters are designed for professional and intensive use. The tile cutter has a reliable and lightweight aluminum alloy support base.
Professional SHIJING hexys tile cutters can handle any tile, porcelain stoneware, mosaic, tile with a thickness of 7 to 16 mm.

The SHIJING 3025 tile cutter has a solid metal guide 20×40 mm like the previous model 3751. The guide carriage has a closed design that does not need to be adjusted. Inside is a ball-bearing mechanism that covers the guide on all four sides. This design provides very high smoothness and eliminates backlash. At the same time, the carriage is maximally protected from all sides from dust during operation.

The tile cutter splitter 3025 is equipped with a magnetic locking system for the riving knife, which allows it to be moved from the cutting position to the riving position and back with one hand. The riving knife folds in front of the cutter. Thanks to this system, the visibility of the working area is improved compared to other monorail machines.

The base of the tile cutter is equipped with reliable wheels on bearings – on one side, and a comfortable handle for transportation – on the other. The work table is made of high-strength aluminum alloy, which makes the machine lighter without compromising its reliability and strength. The work table is covered with a high-strength membrane that creates a shock-absorbing effect when separating tiles, and it also reduces cutting stiffness, which is especially important when working with fragile materials and porcelain stoneware with very high internal stress (over-fired porcelain stoneware).

The powerful guide monorail is made of steel and has a cross section of 2 cm × 4 cm, which eliminates its bending when breaking.

The convenient handle of the breaker has a large, strong lever that allows you to apply maximum pressure with minimal effort. The tile breaks very smoothly.

The kit includes 2 lateral centered rulers that allow you to set the tile without additional marking, adjusting the evenness of the cut. One of the rulers is designed for serial and diagonal cutting and cutting narrow strips and is equipped with a side stop for serial cutting and fixing workpieces at an angle of 45º

The tile cutter 3025 is equipped with a roller cutter Ø22 mm on a bearing with an internal diameter of 5 mm.
