The Haisser Industry 800 mm monorail tile cutter showed itself from its best side in the battle we ran between tile cutters with a cutting length up to 800 mm.
This is a well-built manual tile cutter of professional level, meant for cutting every kind of tile (porcelain stoneware and ceramic included). The break can be made along the whole length of the cut. The breaker folds up, so it does not get in the way and does not block the view of the cut. The carriage runs on bearings that do NOT need adjusting. It comes with a good 22 mm scoring wheel on a bearing.
Six ball bearings are there for long service and smooth travel of the tool. The tool has a solid steel monorail straight guide and a steel base with a stiffening rib made of square tube. The cutter has sturdy pull-out supports – legs, for large tile.
