Raimondi TSS device for moving and laying tile (RV175 vacuum suction cup)

Raimondi TSS – a new device that improves ergonomics and comfort when
moving and laying tile.

Made for working with tile weighing up to 50 kg, it can be used in two modes:

1. single operator mode: maximum tile size 60×60 cm;
2. two operator mode: maximum tile size 120×120 cm.

The TSS frame is made of strong steel with a protective surface
treatment (an anti-corrosion coating). Fitted with the stain-resistant
RV175 suction cup, 175 mm across, with replaceable rubber and a vacuum gauge, it
is made to work with both smooth and textured ceramic
tile. The cup also suits lifting any non-porous
material such as marble, granite, glass and so on.

The vacuum gauge lets you watch the state of the cup at all times, telling
the operator when the vacuum needs topping up. It is also protected against
knocks, but if it does break by accident it can be replaced. The tool can also
be used with a broken vacuum gauge, by fitting
the blanking screw supplied in the box. The suction cup
has a special high-efficiency anti-corrosion valve.
