V.GRAN 4 Guarded Chamfer Slider

V.GRAN 4 universal chamfer slider.
The slider is meant for chamfering and for cutting at 45. What sets it apart is how universal and how well guarded it is. The housing fully encloses the blade for safe use. Bosch, Makita and other grinders with a small flange (power no more than 1100 W) can be fitted to the slider. The flange mount is reinforced as much as possible, so the grinder is held firmly in the slider. For a perfect 45 degree cut the angle can be set anywhere from 40 to 50 degrees. The slider comes with a handle. On the edge of the tile the slider can run on 6 bearings or on two sliding plates. On top it slides over the tile on plastic runners. There is an adjusting mechanism that lets you set the spindle mount so that nothing sits askew. The chamfer depth and the angle of attack can be adjusted. Blades of 115 – 125 mm diameter are used
