RUBI PRO-EDGER – a PROFESSIONAL jig for INTENSIVE chamfering and edge work on ceramic tile and natural stone using a mini angle grinder and RUBI PRO-EDGER diamond wheels.

The RUBI PRO-EDGER can be used with practically every mini grinder (115 or 125), cordless ones included. Models with a body up to 100mm in diameter are recommended so the grinder sits securely in the RUBI PRO-EDGER (M14 thread). For the best result and for vibration control a grinder rated 850 W is recommended. With the range of RUBI PRO-EDGER diamond wheels you can put a 5 or 10mm radius on an edge and take a chamfer on stock 15-20mm thick (depending on the wheel model) in any type. natural or engineered stone. The RUBI PRO-EDGER comes with a RUBI PRO-EDGER diamond wheel for chamfering stock up to 20mm thick (art. 16946 RUBI PRO-EDGER diamond wheel 45º x 20mm). For a better result it is recommended to take the material off gradually at different depths.

The sealed bearing system of the RUBI PRO-EDGER keeps the dust thrown up during work from packing into them. The tough polyethylene rollers resist friction and let the tool run smoothly along the edge of the workpiece.
