The BIHUI corner clamping and tile joint adjusting system is a 2 in 1 system. It is a clamp with pump suction cups for pulling slabs together and levelling the joint between them, both horizontally and vertically, and also for holding outside and inside corners. It is used to close up porcelain stoneware, large format artificial and natural stone, quartz agglomerate parts, ceramics, plastic panels, glass and so on. It multiplies how fast such operations get done. It holds the parts together securely for as long as they need to set – the cups can hold vacuum for many hours without pumping, and you can always pump them up again. The system gives a pulling force of up to 100 kg. The device works effectively on glossy and on rough surfaces (it does not work on aggressive texture).
The cups are 6 inches in diameter. Each cup takes an 80 kg pull-off load on a smooth surface; on a textured surface that figure is lower (depending on the texture).
The BIHUI corner clamping and tile joint adjusting system is a small but effective and handy device that lets you press tile tightly together and also bring its joints into one plane. It is used while trimming, marking out and installing all kinds of tile, porcelain stoneware and slabs of natural and artificial stone. Working with the device is simple and intuitive. The mechanism is a rigid structure of metal tubes. Two pump suction cups are mounted on it. Each has its own pump to create the vacuum under the membrane and can lock securely onto the slab. Vertical adjustment is done with two screw stops. With 20 mm of travel in reserve, the screw levers let you align parts of different thickness. The distance between the cups is adjustable over a 40 mm range. The device weighs 4,5 kg.
