Shijing Seam Setter with 45° Corner Fixing

The Shijing seam setter with 45 degree corner fixing is made for adjusting freshly bedded large format tile. It lets you close or open the gap between tiles. The system is made up of two Shijing pump vacuum cups. Between the cups there is a threaded connection with a wing nut for pulling in and pushing out. The cups grip both slabs firmly, the ones whose spacing you need to adjust. With the screw you close or open the distance between the cups, and so between the slabs. Naturally, only freshly bedded tile can be adjusted (moved). If you do not need the seam setter, the cups come off and can be used on their own. This system is also built to hold tile at a 45 degree corner. These cups are meant for ALL types of tile, the most difficult included. Because the cups hold for a long time even on textured tile, they have found a use in pulling kitchen worktops together during installation. That same ability to hold for a long time has also put this tool to work on joints that are glued while the cups keep them in place.
