Grinding porcelain stoneware is one of the most difficult processing operations that requires a lot of effort and time. SoftEdge is a 115 mm diameter cutter that works at maximum speed of the KSHM without water cooling and does not leave any chips on porcelain stoneware. It works FIVE times faster than any grinding tool for porcelain stoneware. Micro inclusions of graphite in the metal bond contribute to effective cooling of the cutter, which allows for stable grinding of porcelain stoneware and natural stone up to 20 mm thick. The cutter resource is 50 kilograms of polished porcelain stoneware, which is much more than any manual grinding tool. Maximum comfort during operation is achieved thanks to the special geometry of the body with several working edges and a curved flange that covers the spindle of the tile cutter and protects the tile from injury. Absolutely every cutter is balanced, which eliminates any vibrations. The product has a seating diameter of 22.23 mm.
