Disc Distar MasterCUT 125 mm

Distar MasterCUT is a disc that quickly and efficiently cuts porcelain stoneware or high-strength materials such as glass in dry mode on a diamond saw or with water cooling on a tile cutter. The tool is made by vacuum baking of high-strength diamonds on a high-quality steel body. Comfort in operation is achieved thanks to the rolling of the body using a special technology. The resource of the disc in dry mode is 20-30 running meters and 30-40 running meters with cooling on high-strength porcelain stoneware 10 mm thick. Chips during cutting are minimal, the cut almost does not require modifications. MasterCUT is a cut without compromises.

Vacuum-sintered discs, I personally call the discs of last hope. When traditional discs chip or the tile breaks during cutting, the master tiler uses this rather expensive (because the resource is small) disc. These discs are designed for cutting glass, but craftsmen have successfully used them for cutting porcelain stoneware.
