BIHUI VACUUM Brazed Diamont Cutting and Grinding Wheel universal diamond blade

The BIHUI VACUUM grinding and cutting diamond blade is made for straight cuts, 45 degree cuts and grinding.

What sets this blade apart from the traditional ones:

• a fast, clean cut in porcelain stoneware;
• you can grind with it without losing the straight cut;
• the blade can be turned over when one side wears out;
• the built-in flange lets you grind a surface with the whole face of the blade.

It differs from the universal BIHUI GALVANIC blade in that the VACUUM lasts longer, because it is made by vacuum brazing, while the GALVANIC has its diamond layer put on by electroplating. It is important to note, though, that the BIHUI VACUUM blade is meant for rougher work, while the BIHUI GALVANIC is for finer work. The BIHUI VACUUM is a 2 in 1 blade.

The blade is made for cutting and grinding every kind of ceramic tile, natural and engineered stone. The diamonds are applied to both sides of the blade, which raises cutting speed, makes the work far more convenient and extends the life of the blade, since it can be turned over once the outer part is worn away.
