Disc Distar Edge 200 230 250 mm for 45 angle

An innovative disc developed by Distar is designed for cutting chamfers at an angle of 45 (beveling). It is used in electric tile cutters with water-cooled discs. The disc uses different diamonds, enlarged on the end for fast cutting. On the sides there is a small fraction of diamonds, which allows to minimize chips. The disc has a thickening on the edge to prevent bending when cutting at an angle of 45. Of course, this disc can cut qualitatively and in a straight line. But this is economically unprofitable.
