CoolPAD polishing wheels (grinding pads) are made for dry grinding of ceramic and porcelain stoneware with angle grinders. The make-up of the diamond layer keeps the working speed steadily high, which gives the best surface quality. You can touch the glaze of the tile without fear of damaging the edge. The involute profile of the layer clears the slurry out of the grinding area effectively.

Because of these properties, one wheel number replaces three polishing pads of different grits. For example, #1 replaces grits 30, 60, 120., #2 – 120, 200, 400., #3 – 400, 800, 1000. That is very convenient! Before the first use the working face of the wheel has to be dressed with abrasive material
The polishing wheels are made with an outer diameter of 100 mm in three finishing grades: #1, #2, #3.
