Bihui Turbo Vacuum Diamond Core Bit M14

The Bihui brand in Ukraine, a range of core bits for porcelain stoneware. The bits are made by vacuum brazing the diamonds on. Unlike electroplating the diamonds on, this method takes the life of a bit up to about 100 holes on average. Of course, you have to drill with the grinder at medium speed. Where you can, use cooling (water fed into the cutting zone, or at the very least wet foam inside the bit). There is one more method, where the diamonds are brazed into the metal itself, but bits like that drill “slowly” and are mainly used on materials such as brick, concrete and reinforced concrete.
