The vibrating plate is made for driving trapped air out from under large format tile and for mixing the adhesive through thoroughly. The Bihui plate is a copy of the Italian Raimondi Volpino 321 vibrator. It has two rubberised handles to make the work comfortable. Work in anti-vibration gloves. I recommend a modification: glue a rubber layer between the plastic surface and the plastic plate to cut the vibration down. It is shaped like an iron so it can work into sharp corners (after the modification). The plate weighs 6 kg, and its small size (41×21 cm) makes the tool very handy in use. High vibration frequency (3000 rpm at 50 Hz; 3600 rpm at 60 Hz). Motor power: 25 W.
