The shroud for an angle grinder lets you work dust-free with grinders taking a Ø 115 or 125 mm wheel. It has a special spigot for connecting a site vacuum. It works very well for grinding with a diamond cup wheel, with grinding discs and with fibre sanding discs. Thanks to the movable segment, the shroud lets you work in awkward places and dress edges and corners. Replaceable bristle brushes run along the line where the shroud meets the surface being worked. The BIHUI guard is used together with angle grinders to protect the operator from wheel fragments and particles of the material during grinding.
The shroud attaches to the grinder with adapters of 38-50 mm diameter, supplied in the kit. The stepped rings hold the shroud securely on the necks of angle grinders from different makers. The shroud is made of tough ABS plastic that stands up to slurry, stone and dust. For connecting a vacuum hose the shroud has an adapter.
