V.GRAN Dust Shroud for Edge Grinding

V.GRAN dust collector for grinding. Finally, the Ukrainian manufacturer V.GRAN has released a dust collector housing for grinding tiles using a grinder for shells. The dust collector is produced individually for the gearboxes of different grinders. Due to this, a tight fit and strength of the connection have been achieved. The connection is made with strong bolts that are designed to attach the handles. The geometry of the housing is designed for a comfortable and tight fit of the shell to the end of the tile. It is convenient to remove the chamfer (angle 45). The holes of the dust collector are located in two layers. The first, closer to the surface of the tile, is responsible for removing dust from the surface. The second, prevents dust from entering the grinder gearbox. Hoses from various vacuum cleaners are connected to the dust collector (housing) using adapters. Individual adapters that rotate provide convenience. The product is made of durable plastic that is not afraid of falls. Developed covers for grinders: Bosch, Dnipro-M. For Bosch, Starmix, Metabo vacuum cleaners. There are universal adapters with 35 and 39 mm holes. The adapter is included in the price of the product.
