To keep the rubber of the vibrating pads intact while you tamp the tile down, to drive the air out from under the tile, and to level the tile, I suggest using a caprolon platform.

Only one maker supplies a pad (platform) for the older Bihui vibrating cups. But that platform only fits Bihui vibrating cups and smaller ones. I offer a universal platform for all vibrating cups, 20 by 20 cm.
