One tool specific to professional tilers is the straight and tapered finger bit with diamonds applied by vacuum brazing. The bits are meant for opening out holes, for putting a chamfer inside a hole, and for taking material off the tile edges. The quality of the vacuum brazing technology gives the bit a long working life. The bit screws onto an angle grinder. It works dry. Medium speed is preferable to make it last longer.
